Have you been released under investigation, and what does this mean? On the 3rd April 2017...
UK Immigration law and procedure is complex and changes on a frequent basis. Our lawyers understand that immigration problems can be extremely stressful and that the implications of an irregular immigration status are far reaching.
While it can be difficult to understand what information and evidence the UK Border Agency require for an immigration application to succeed, the consequences of a refusal can be devastating, from immigration detention to forced removal from the UK. Appealing against any adverse decision can be complicated and overwhelming.

Our fees are calculated on an hourly rate basis. Our Consultant Solicitor’s charge out rate is £150 per hour, plus VAT and disbursements. Disbursements are any expenses we incur under your instruction, such as travel expenses, barrister’s fees and administrative charges. We normally require an agreed sum to be provided on account at the start of your matter, prior to any work being carried out. The sum is held in accordance with the Solicitor’s Accounts Rules and is used to offset fees and/or disbursements incurred on your behalf. If further funding is later required we will advise you in writing. At the conclusion of your matter we will reimburse you with the balance on your account.
We also offer one off advice consultations, on a fixed fee basis, for only £100 plus VAT for an hour. If after the initial interview you wish to instruct us in relation to an ongoing matter you are free to do so.
