Wainwright and Cummins LLP, serving the public for 40 years

Wainwright & Cummins Solicitors LLP was established in 1985 by founding partners Andrew Wainwright and Jonathan Cummins. The firm first opened its doors in Harley Street, Marylebone, before relocating to Brixton in South London, where our headquarters remain today.

In 2006, we expanded our practice by incorporating part of Hallmark Atkinson Wynter. With a number of their partners continuing as consultants within the firm, strengthening our expertise and widening the services we provide to individuals and families across London.
