Nevaeh is a trainee solicitor with a wealth of experience in criminal law

Since her time at Wainwright & Cummins she has gained extensive knowledge and training on the Criminal litigation process, substantive law and the Police and criminal evidence act.

She has worked with experienced solicitors, counsel and king’s counsel and all have been very complimentary about her talent, foresight and initiative when dealing with cases.

Nevaeh has her own extensive caseload because clients always come back after having experienced her calm, collected attitude to her work. She is known to work faultlessly under extreme pressure in the office when this has been necessary, liaising with the courts, police and clients with respect and unruffled clarity.

She has engaged in the preparation of grave and complex criminal cases giving her exposure to the most serious crimes where she has shown great aptitude. She has been called ‘An assiduous worker not afraid to roll up her sleeves and to get stuck in'. 

She is currently litigating serious criminal cases under supervision, including murder, firearms, high value drug cases, serious sexual offences and proceeds of crime Act proceedings.

She is expected to complete her police station accreditation and qualify as a solicitor in the near future.
