Rosalind Brown

Rosalind joined Wainwright & Cummins as a trainee on secondment in September 2014, in order to complete a seat in Family Law. 

Rosalind remained at the firm when her secondment came to an end and qualified in April 2015.  Rosalind is a Young Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Prior to joining the firm, Rosalind graduated from Loughborough University in 2004 with a BA degree in politics. She then went on to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Law from BBP Law School in 2010, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP with distinction in 2012.

I 2021 Rosalind because the Co- Head of the family department. Rosalind’s cases cover all aspects of Family Law, but she mainly deals with matters involving divorce and separation, cohabitation, and financial relief.

Prior to joining the firm Rosalind worked in the construction field and has experience in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, notably Adjudication, Arbitration and Mediation. She plans to train to become an accredited mediator.

Rosalind has effectively assisted many clients and she prides herself on excellent client care and service.
