Rachael Kearney

Rachael Kearney is a consultant solicitor who qualified in 2012 as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, bringing over 12 years of experience in the legal profession.

She specializes in various areas, including Conveyancing (residential and commercial property transactions), Immigration, Family Law (divorce, child arrangements, and financial remedies), Employment Law (general advice and settlement agreements), Housing, and Private Client matters (Will drafting and lasting power of attorney).

Before qualifying in the UK, Rachael earned an LLB from Benue State University in Nigeria and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Additionally, she holds a joint honours degree in E-Commerce and Commercial Law from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and a degree in Information Systems.
