Dominic Geodjenian

Dominic joined Wainwright and Cummins LLP in July 2010 and began his legal career as a criminal defence solicitor.

Dominic has experience dealing with the highest profile cases, including murder and serious violence, drug supply, sexual offences, complex conspiracy, fraud and road traffic matters.

The majority of his work is now within the family department. He has experience in both public and private law proceedings, including applications for care or child arrangements orders. He is a trained Civil and Criminal Higher Rights Advocate, and conducts his own advocacy in proceedings.

Dominic is also a qualified Mediator, having 15 years experience in negotiation and dispute resolution. He believes that all styles of mediation are useful depending on the given facts and circumstances of the conflict. His strength is in problem solving and being positive and proactive in listening and understanding the “bigger picture”. He prides himself on his client-focus and ability to provide clear and measured advice.
