Aneesha joined Wainwright & Cummins in October 2012 and is a dual-qualified Barrister and Solicitor.
She is a Consultant Lawyer and Head of Probate, with extensive experience in civil and property litigation, probate, wills and estate administration, residential and commercial conveyancing, TOLATA and co-ownership disputes, leasehold matters, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship applications.
Aneesha is also an accredited mediator and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is currently working towards accreditation as a family mediator, reflecting her continued commitment to developing her expertise in family dispute resolution.
Alongside her legal practice, Aneesha is Vice-President of Westminster and Holborn Law Society and its Education and Training Officer. She is also a member of the Law Society of England and Wales’ Education and Training Policy Advisory Committee.
