Monica holds a Master of Arts degree from Punjab University India, a law degree from Coventry University & Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Skills from Inns of Court School of Law London.

She was called to the Bar in 2003 and is a member of Gray’s Inn. Monica is dual qualified barrister and practising as a solicitor. She is an established immigration practitioner with over 15 years experience of representing corporate clients and individuals in varied and complex situations. Monica is one of the most versatile consultants within the firm.

Her experience ranges from advising some of the world’s largest global companies, many small and medium size enterprises and new start-up companies to advising high net worth individuals and those battling to meet the requirements of the immigration rules. Her expertise lies in handling complex applications and challenging negative decisions of ECOs / Home Office.

She has a reputation for successfully challenging refusal decisions and having them overturned before reaching court, through pre action protocol, administrative review or by lodging grounds of appeal. She has successfully had refusal decisions overturned for high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business visitors, students and family visitors.
