Breaking Free, Prison Law Department Walking Away

  • Posted

Unfortunately this means that With immediate effect we will no longer be able to accept new prison law cases.

We remain committed to prisoners and their rights, and as such will continue to accept enquiries for referral purposes. To insure that our current clients are still going to get the highest quality of representation we have an established relationship with Lansbury Worthington Solicitors. They are a highly regarded and reputable, and will refer all new potential prison law matters to them.

This is an unfortunate day in the firms’ history as we have had many different and exciting cases in the prison law sector. We are very proud for our track record in this field as we have has many positive outcomes for our clients.

However we are now aiming to focus on the other areas of law that we specialise in. We aim to keep the high standards the Wainwright and Cummins have provided in the past. We are using this opportunity to expand our knowledge and expertise in other fields.

We will of course continue to support our clients in other areas if you need our assistance and we will work closely with Lansbury Worthington to ensure that they fully understand your needs. If you have any question feel free to contact us at info@wainwrightcummins.co.uk.
