Emma handles all kinds of property litigation and housing management work for a number of different types of clients, such as tenants, leaseholders, private registered providers of social housing and private landlords.
Emma has a wealth of experience in property litigation and housing management, having acted for both tenants and social housing landlords. Emma has significant experience, not only in day to day housing management issues, but also in more complex matters.
Emma has considerable experience in complex anti social behaviour and disrepair cases. She has advised on disability discrimination and mental capacity issues relating to housing management.
Emma also advises on residential property litigation matters such as boundary disputes, shared ownership possession claims and rights of way issues. She has also advised on health and safety issues such as gas safety, fire safety regulations and electrical testing.
