Anneka Ricketts

Anneka joined Wainwright & Cummins in December 2010.
Anneka graduated from University of Wales, Swansea in 2007 with a joint honours degree in Law and American Studies. During her degree she spent one year at California State University Los Angles studying various American based subjects including politics, history, literature and law.
After graduating, Anneka worked at Eversheds LLP in Cardiff for one year as a legal assistant.
Anneka then completed the LPC at Nottingham Law school and whilst there did pro bono work for Family Action. She then worked at CAFCASS for 14 months prior to joining Waninwright & Cummins where she gained a vast insight into and experience of the processes pertaining to both private and public law children's cases.
Anneka also has a number of years' experience of working directly with children in local authority care.
Anneka is interested in all aspects of family law, but is especially passionate about matters involving children.
In her spare time Anneka enjoys travelling and watching her beloved Wolverhampton Wanderers play at the Molineux Stadium among various other things.
