Barrister
Kathleen graduated from Kingston University with a 2.1. degree in law. She was called to the Bar in 2007 as a member of the Inner Temple. In 2009 Kathleen undertook her pupillage at Wainwright and Cummins and joined our in-house advocacy team as a qualified barrister.
Kathleen is committed to criminal defence work, and frequently appears in both the Crown Court and Magistrates Court conducting trials and other hearings. Since joining our team, Kathleen has experience in a wide range of criminal law from thefts and assaults to benefit fraud, money laundering, serious drug offences and confiscation.
Kathleen adopts a sensitive and compassionate approach to her work and is developing an expertise in dealing with those particularly vulnerable clients who suffer from mental health difficulties.
