Jonathan Cummins has been a solicitor for 28 years and is a founder member of the partnership along with Andrew Wainwright.
Jonathan specializes in domestic conveyancing and heads the Conveyancing Department at the Acre Lane office in Brixton, which also deals with commercial conveyancing. He has many years of experience as a criminal lawyer as well and has been a Magistrates Court and police station duty solicitor for around 25 years. Jonathan also deals with serious Crown Court cases.
Jonathan has lived in Lambeth with his wife and three children for thirty years and as a result is able to bring considerable local knowledge into his conveyancing work.
When he is not working, Jonathan's interests include visiting the theatre and cinema, listening to music of all types and bird-watching. He keeps fit by playing cricket - he is the captain of the Wainwright & Cummins cricket team, and acts as an assistant referee in his son's football team. He also enjoys hill walking in the Lakes and Scottish Highlands whenever the opportunity to leave London arises.
