Jane Cummins
Head of Family Department and Criminal Lawyer
Jane Cummins has been with Wainwright & Cummins since 1996 and is the head of the Family Department.
Jane is a member of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme (2001), the Law Society Children Panel and of Resolution (formally the Solicitors Family Law Association).
As well as undertaking criminal work Jane specialises in the representation of parents in public law children care proceedings.
